The Senior Oral Presentations are the culmination of a year’s work, from September 2016 through May 2017. All students majoring in Communications is required to do an original research project in their senior year, based on a topic of their choosing. The final thesis paper is 25 to 40 pages long, in correct academic format. The oral presentations are a summary of that work presented to the communications faculty, family and friends. The senior thesis project brings together all the accomplishments students have mastered over their college years, including research, public speaking, writing, and critical thinking.
